DocuSign Waiver RequiredAll contestants must complete the DocuSign waiver prior to participation. This hunt happens in public spaces — every participant is responsible for their own safety and must obey all local laws and ordinances. Only teams with all members' signed waivers will be eligible for prizes.

Riddle DeliveryOn the day of the event, at 5:30 PM, the team leader will receive an email and a text message containing a simple opening riddle that directs the team to the first location. Keep your devices charged — the night will not wait for dead batteries.

Winner DeterminationVictory is measured by speed: the winning team is the one that completes the full hunt in the shortest total time, not necessarily the first to check in. Teams should pace strategy and speed to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

Official Start TimeA team's official clock begins the moment they arrive at the first location and verify their presence. Prepare to begin when you reach the opening waypoint — that is when the Ringmaster starts his stopwatch.

Start & End WindowTeams must begin the hunt no later than 7:00 PM and must complete their route by 10:00 PM. Any team still roaming after 10:00 PM will be marked as completed at that cutoff for scoring purposes.

Results & NotificationTimes will be tallied immediately after the event concludes and winners will be notified by 11:00 PM the same night. The Ringmaster’s judgment is final, except in cases of technical error which will be reviewed by event staff.

Prizes & SizingEach member of the winning team will receive a Shroud & Stitch t-shirt gift package valued at $150 per player. Winners will be asked for sizing information at announcement time to ensure a proper fit.
Tip from the Ringmaster: travel safely, watch the sidewalks, and keep a flashlight handy. This is a walking hunt designed to thrill — not to endanger.
